Recent Progresses of Oncolytic Immunotherapy

Abstract : Oncolytic immunotherapy, also known as anti-tumor virotherapy, is a therapeutic approach using oncolytic viruses that preferentially or exclusively infect and kill tumor cells. In this short review, we discuss recent advances of this therapeutic strategy.
