Synthesis and biological evaluation of conformationally constrained analogues of the antitubercular agent ethambutol.

Abstract : Three (S)-prolinol-derived conformationally restricted analogues of the antitubercular agent ethambutol were prepared and tested against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
