Surveillance epidemiologique des pathologies d'hypersollicitation du membre superieur d'origine professionnelle : Surveillance épidémiologique des pathologies d'hypersollicitation

Abstract : Epidemiological surveillance, defined by epidemiological continuous analysis of disorders and their risks factors, integrates occupational health priorities such as upper limb work-related musculoskeletal disorders. France had thus developed surveillance systems based on company-wide or population-wide levels. Different methods could be proposed depending on purposes and population, which determines surveillance parameters and their definitions (upper limb work-related musculoskeletal disorders and their diagnosis criteria and occupational risk factors, such as personal or managements factors, and their assessment methods). Recently, a three-level experimental surveillance system on work-related musculoskeletal disorders was implemented in Pays de la Loire Region. The occupational physicians, which is French surveillance system is based on, lead to obtain results which he or she can use for daily work.
