Abstract : [Policy analysis explains how to organize and operate the power in societies. Demographics examines their population dynamics. These two types of studies are in constant interrelation, internally and externally geopolitics geopolitics. This had never been a systematic demonstration, after a quarter century of research, Gérard-François Dumont published the first treatise on political demography using the experimental method and by drawing on the political and geopolitical history contemporary as old, regions, countries or continents.
