Chain shuffling of the GFP+ population. The VH and VL genes from the GFP+ population of Fig. 3A were amplified by PCR, then assembled at random to generate a new shuffled library. This “Shuffled library” was analysed by FACS and compared to the untransfected HeLa cells and the GFP+ population.
